  You can also register on-site on the day of the event if you want o wait and see what the weather will be that weekend.

  The Allegheny BMW CCA Chapter has a Corral with tent, drinks and food (with a good vantage point of the track). You need to register & pay for food/drinks, but not to park in the corral. Their event site is:

  I'm going up from DC with my brother (David) early Saturday (July 15th) to arrive around 10:00 AM for the big car show & practice day and staying till late afternoon Sunday for the races.
