[BMWCSRegistry] Left hand rear window removal

Many thanks for this, Brett.
Excellent attachment photo of the window motor but some folks are 
frightened of these and may not have received it due to attachment 
fright.
I did not know, but am not surprised, that the 1974 setup is 
different from earlier ones.

My 1972 CSi has the little white gear that can be reached by popping 
the rear door panel plug.
And yes it does take friggin' forever to use but does work with lots 
of patience.
Not needed in front because the 1972 CSi does not have electrics 
there although an electric on the front passenger side would have 
been a nice touch in a sudden rain storm when driving by yourself.
Gretchen and her beer cart must have come by when the designers were 
considering this or some middle manager ordered them save save every 
pfennig possible.

My recently sold 1975 CSi did have electrics all around BUT no pop 
off plugs in the back, and the pop off plugs in the front revealed 
nothing.
