Bowman,
You query does trouble me but I have yet to receive word from others 
regarding any similar problems.

Most Spam I receive does not come through the CSR but rather my 
personal eMail and it is usually snagged by my Spam trap. Others that 
do sneak through are almost always obvious and can be dumped in a 
fraction of a second each.

Let's see if others concur with you and we will take such action as we can.
