Sorry Mike,
    That's like shutting the barn door after the cows are out.  Your email 
address was harvested somewhere, maybe this list, maybe not.  Looking at the 
recipients of the crap I get, they are clearly broadcast to all possible 
email addresses at my provider.  The ones that don't bounce are "real" and 
they build databases of valid email addresses that way as well as harvesting 
them.

Because of my on-line sales, I have all email filters off as they were 
catching my customers as well as spam.  Check with your provider to see if 
they provide filters or get a third party filter.

They have you now and leaving the list won't stop them.
