[BMWCSRegistry] Next to Last Badge Update Update

The next update will have a closing date for ordering badges.  That way 
people who only check their mail once in a while will have a   chance.
 
Then I will give a firm number to Diane at the 356 Registry and she will  
come back with a final unit price. That price will include the one-time start up  
cost, shipping from China, the cost of the badges and the cost of shipping 
them  to me. They have to go to her as the Importer.
 
I will add to that Number, postage and any incidental expenses. A member  has 
donated 50 boxes and a suggestion about free packing material.   Thanks.
 
If there are any incidental expenses I have not included they will be added  
before you get a price per badge.
 
I promised Diane and myself we would break even on this project. And we  will.
 
I will order perhaps five extra badges, spread the cost around to ALL of  us, 
and sell them for what they cost us. If anyone thinks I should order more  
than five extra let me know. That money will go to Art to help with the expenses 
 of running our Registry.
 
If anyone has a problem with this plan please let me know.
 
This is not going to happen overnight. Please be patient.
