[BMWCSRegistry] Seat Belts

I just purchased a three point belt from an ebay seller.  You can check it out for yourself.  Item number 330150297606

I didn't notice the three point feature until it arrived.  I have a euro version of the CSI without the third point.  Since I also have a CS with the three point feature, I can see where it attaches to the roof structure.

My question is......will I find a threaded hole or some similar feature behind the headliner in my euro version in order to mount my new find?  If the answer is no, I will be entertaining any reasonable offer for the fine ebay replacement item.
