I just went through the same rear caliper rebuild.

They have the caliper rebuild kits for 13 Euros and the pistons for 19.5 Euros.

I also picked up all of the hoses and premade rear brake lines at the 
same time.

You can get a 15% discount on these parts if you order before the 19th.
