[BMWCSRegistry] CS Registry Badge Update

I am still waiting to hear from Diane at the 356 Registry about a unit  price 
on badges. 
She has been out of touch for the past week or so. I will email the 356  
Registry this coming week to see if I can find out what is going on. In the past  
she has responded immediately. 
 
I will keep you posted.
