No answer to my inquiry (not out of interest but just curious -  but 
this thing only does nothing as do the fashion statement trunk wings, 
a dumbness - as about as functional as the fins of cars of my youth).
My opinion  - why spend $350 for a piece that is useless at even 
modest extra legal highway speeds but will rapidly collect damage 
from stones and parking spot barriers?
