Quite right, Mike. And anyone looney enough to own a Coupe is 
certainly entitled to do whatever he or she cares to with or to it. 
My view is simply that I have better things to do with $350 for Ilse 
than bolt a hunk of brittle plastic in harms way on the front of a 
Coupe that is driven as often as possible.

An updated Valentine might be a wiser choice to use $350 and surely 
will earn its keep battling the Staats Polizei seeking to enrich 
government treasuries with enforcement of often irrational highway 
speed limits while ignoring the jerks that fail to yield the left 
lane or signal for moves or yammer away on cell phones at speed.

I surely keep the faith but not a great weekend ahead. Big storm 
predicted - clearly Ilse goes to sleep and the Subaru get flogged.
