[BMWCSRegistry] Bulb Wattage Rules

I have not been following the "temperature" thread but while eternally  
deleting e mails I saw Bill Wallace thraashing away and looked.
 
Cause and Effect Guys - every time.
 
recently I changed bulbs in my front turn signals did not pay much  attention 
to wattage but noticed they are not real bright - turn sig. flashing  on a 
sunny day almost invisible.
 
AND, my indicator light on the dash flashes once or twice and that's  it.
 
so moments ago a flash of light in my pea size brain    it's  the WATTAGE
 
Can anyone tell me the correct wattage for the front signals?
