Hey Guys pardon my ignorance here, but I found one for cheap, is it
worth grabbing for a rebuild?

Depends. For starters, heads with a casting date after 80 are less prone to cracking. Regardless of date, big question is: why is it cheap? Could be cracked already; could have been planed beyond  tolerances; could  require new guides and/or valve seats; cam journals could be worn, plug threads stripped; etc. So might be a bargain, might be an expensive doorstop.
