[BMWCSRegistry] Coupe Insurance Information

I negotiated a low rate with Allstate with the restriction that it is 
garaged and I limit the miles per year to 7,500. In RI if you have 
more than one car insured in your name then you have to pick one as 
your daily driver. The other is a "pleasure vehicle" and gets a discount.
