I just saw an an in my Township's newsletter by a local State Farm agent,  
not mine, she's another local, offering $100. off the deductible up to $500 for  
each year of accident-free driving. Anyone know anything about that?
 
I wonder what the catch is. Isn't there always a fine-print catch with  
insurance.
 
And at the risk of sounding like a scold, while on the topic is insurance,  
if any of you have not already purchased Long-Term Care Insurance, the earlier  
the better. If we expect Medicare to charge to to our old age  rescue we 
better think again. Medicare premiums will skyrocket(now I am  showing my age),
Medicaid will only cover the poorest, most destitute of us,  poorly, and 
Medi-Gap policies will be so expen$ive and filled with Gaps of  their own.
Most of us will live into our 80s and beyond. Not a pretty prospect if you  
are not active and healthy. Perhaps the Hemlock Society will become a subsidary 
 of AARP.
