My 325iS has been rear ended twice. The body shop in the local BMW
dealer is an Allstate Pro Shop so I just dropped it off there.
Nothing to do on my part. They called every few days to give me an
update on the repairs. I was happy with the quality of the work and
they guarantee the repairs for 10 years. My wife's wagon got rear
ended so hard it looked like a sedan. The other drive had no
insurance even though it is required. (No ticket was issued to the
other driver, but that is another story.) The first value that they
put on the car was very low, but I think that is normal procedure for
any insurance company. We negotiated a fair value and had a check
within a week.
We also get a discount because the house and cars are all with
Allstate. I have been happy with them so far, but we haven't had a
tornado go through our neighborhood either.
