[BMWCSRegistry] I can't see out of my side mirrors

  John: just how short are you? I am 5' 8" and my mirrors are behind the 
vent ....I can see just fine. The alternate location seems to be 
alongside the vent or slightly forward, but on the fenders? Gadzooks! 
Horrors! Try to avoid doing that if you can: they changed the styling 
on 2000 CSs for lots of reasons, you know.
