Shame it can't be driven. Perhaps a relay of coupster would be the go!

I used Passport/Fed-ex to ship my e34 M5 from Santa Cruz, CA to Baltimore,
MD. They are a class act, and it was worth every penny for the closed
container (not to mention the driver was clearly a real pro)....the car
arrived just as pristine as when the PO watched it put on the truck.
The biggest issue with transporting is not necessarily the truck itself
(closed or open), but how many times the car has to be moved. If they have
to move it on and off everytime the truck makes a stop, it increases the
possibility for damage, as well as running the engine without giving it time
to get up to temp. Passport claims that the car is put on, then not moved
until at the desitination...an imperitave if you have an M-engine.
