Jim,
On one hand it was good to see that the "true" value of Coupes might 
be recognized. That, of course is fine if one is planning to sell.
They are still not ever likely to be an "investment" after 
restoration any more than, of late, moderately priced real estate 
(whatever that is now) is not much of an investment.
Multi $mil properties in the Hamptons or Martha's Vineyard and 
Ferrari probably excepted, as there will always be athletes, 
entertainers, celebrities and some CEO's with enough dinar to pick up 
a small vacation waterfront hovel with 6 bathrooms and 10 bedrooms. 
Or the other way around.

On the other hand, will we see the cost of maintenance, parts and 
repair get any higher than they are?
