[BMWCSRegistry] CS Badge Update

As of today, Saturday, I need only 12 more checks before I can place the  
order. It will take 6-8 weeks from the time I place the order until they are  
delivered to me. Then I send them on to all of you. 
 
So, the sooner the better.
