[BMWCSRegistry] Pertronix?

Now that you guys have sorted this out I would like to know how to purchase  
one of these units, new or used. Any ideas.
 
To Mike: I too have used an older Valentine. It still saves my hide.   
Although I am not a blatant speeder.
 
My question. Are you tinkering with a device that would shut down cell  
phones within shouting distance in the supermarket or favorite restaurant, and  
perhaps have the option of shutting off small snowy color television sets in  
doctors' waiting rooms.
