Send it anyway.  It's been a dull Winter so people should have some 
patience. We are sometimes up to our armpits with snow here in the NW 
but many others put up with drought elsewhere. I'll take the snow 
anytime over drinking recycled sewage water. I think we limited the 
greed and stupidity of over development of every former farm and 
forest to build quarter acre estates here a while back but we do have 
a big lake near by.
Somehow I don't feel inclined to retire to Atlanta,, Phoenix, Las 
Vegas and certainly not South Florida.
