Bill,
Columbus is not that far from Nashville. If you needed to have a
small bunch of fragile furniture moved, I would haul it myself -
plan some of sort of vacation travel in between.
Pass on Cincinnati - a town I lived in for one year as a grad student
and have loathed it ever since.
Louisville is supposed to be a nice town but don't miss Mammoth Cave,
KY (This is official advice from a professional geologist)
I hear Hendersonville, TN is a real fun town for urban folk from
Nashville not used to the wild country
life.
My daughter-in-law is from Nashville and was a wild woman until
calmed down by my older son.
The younger son had been married to a Knoxville lady. Or maybe I
have them confused.
Did you say a garage is being converted into a dining room? Isn't it
usually the other way round?
Ever notice what strange views of things sneak up on you as age comes
on? Me too.
