[BMWCSRegistry] Ignition, odometer & fan blades

Noise, schmoise. My 9-blade fan rubs against the radiator but I pay it
no mind...I have to raise the hood almost every time I start up my '74
( to re-connect the battery) so I can always check the radiator to make
sure there are no leaks, and there never have been any, so it's not a
big deal. Also in NJ.
