[BMWCSRegistry] PA speeding enforcement

Hey Bruce - what's the source of this information but, if so:

Certainly this will improve safety and enhance the opinion of the 
public for our law enforcement guys and shows that PA does not give a 
rat's ass about engineering principles as applied to speed limits.

Great news for muggers and  burglars. All the cops will be busy 
enhancing the State budget.

No doubt there will be a small tutoring session for our new revenue 
generating Gestapo They might, for example, learn that I 79 runs 
North/South, not East/West as listed below.  Of course that will keep 
a few guys in their nice new Dodge cruisers busy figuring out where 
they are or playing Dukes of Hazard on back roads.
  Might even come across a real crime in progress.
