It's with heavy heart and tears in my eyes (literally), that I just said goodbye to my coupe. Having been a dedicated lover of these cars for over 20 years and owner of 5+ years, I have come to love them warts and all. You all, as much as the car, have been a source of joy in my life, and I thank every one of you for the advise, humor, and commoradery.

My coupe now resides in the loving home of Bill Feeney, of Washington DC. He has been searching for some time, and I am glad he feels my coupe worthy to take into his home (he even rebuilt his garage for it...now that's the way to start coupe ownership!!). Being new to coupes (he did have '02's and has decided to step up to a big-boy car), he will undoubtedly have questions to be the worthy steward he needs to be. I have offered him my continued support in advising to the care and feeding, and as he is a lurker on this board, he will probably make his presence known in the near future.

For those of you that attended the Shenandoah Concourse in years past, you may remember my Verona on Tan coupe (with the open lug alpina wheels). Hopefully, Bill will bring it to concourse life, so please welcome him into the mid-Atlantic coupe circle...as small as it is.

I thank you all again for your support and friendship over the past 5 years.

James Rosenthal
