[BMWCSRegistry] Driver's side door gasket 72 3.0CS

I am two for two on this registry (canted air condition compressor and
finding timing mark), so I will again call on your collective wisdom.
 
Is there any substitute to paying $475 for the rubber gasket for the
driver's side door?  Apparently, BMW had to re-manufacture the gaskets
and a high price is the result.
